Refund & Return Policy

We do our best to make sure you get your beers safe, fresh, and right on time. But hey, things happen—so here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or broken

  • You received the wrong beer or quantity

📧 Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We’ll either:

  • Send a replacement (if available)

  • Offer a refund or store credit

2. Change of Mind

Unfortunately, since we’re dealing with consumable products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after purchase.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is dispatched, we can no longer cancel it.

4. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
